Dick Tracy

Snazzy comic book (technically comic strip) movie about a badass detective and physically disabled mobsters. Well, in their universe I guess they seem normal enough, but weird looking to us. It's an action comedy style movie, set in the 30's. The best decade for detectives ever. Dick Tracy has to shut down the mob in his town, and he has to do it without losing the love of his life, or the orphaned kid he's "adopted".
